Locals invite you into their homes to share a plate of Ema Datshi, the national dish of Bhutan. It is made with chilli, pepper and cheese. Atop your bicycle, with the wind and sunshine caressing you under clear blue skies, while fluttering prayer flags play their magic, you will understand why Bhutan is one of the happiest places on earth!
