Today spend the entire day exploring the wildlife of Chitwan.
Chitwan National Park means ?Heart of the Jungle? and is famous as one of Asia's richest and most diverse National Parks. Here you can spot one-horned rhinos, crocodiles, elephants, monkeys, pythons and deer, and if you are very lucky you will get a chance to see the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger. Chitwan also has a wide variety of birds with approximately 500 species recorded.
There are plenty of activities to choose from in between the park visits: visit the elephant breeding centre or for birding enthusiasts take a jungle walk and spot different species of birds, or take a canoe ride to see the crocodiles. There is even the option of a village walk to meet the indigenous local people.
