Departure from Pune
Right after arriving at the Mumbai airport, you will be greeted by our tour representative and will be transferred smoothly to your hotel room. After a brief rest period, afternoon will include a quick sightseeing of Mumbai’s top locales, along with a professional guide fluent in spoken English. Your first spot would be famous sight of gateway of India, built by British. Another great destination you would come across is Fort Mumbai – marked by its colonial architecture and delightful patterns. Having a lot of cultural buzz around it, this place is always filled of so much enthusiasm. The beautiful use of stained glass and glazed tiles will remind you of London’s St. Pancras station when you observe the exquisite sight of Victoria Terminus. The last sight for this day would be famous Dhobi Ghat, a unique sight where traditional washers clean clothes in the open and return to its owners in exchange for a reasonable fee. Overnight rest at your hotel room.
After finishing your breakfast for the day, move on to play some handful of golf at the prestigious sight of Bombay Presidency Golf Club. Having an aesthetic appeal to itself and being designed by Peter Thomson, this elite golf club has seen redesigning by Nelson and Haworth. With an initial name of ‘New Club Ltd., this golf club had been rebuilt on the spare land where overgrown weeds and other vegetation made it difficult to do anything else. Purchased by the government later on, this club now runs through a trust. Whether you are a new golfer or a skilled practitioner, strategic water bunkers and charming landscapes of this golf club will surprise you with the ball’s movement in unexpected ways. You will be playing here for 18 holes. The fun continues with the golf till afternoon and then you return back to your hotel room for the overnight rest and rejuvenation.
On this third day of your tour, you will check out from the hotel right after having your breakfast for the day. In the morning itself, road travel towards Pune will start, taking you towards the famous place called Aamby Valley Golf Resort. Lying peacefully near Western Ghats and covering an area of around 250 acres, this golf club has latest services and facilities for golfers. Designed and developed by Mr. David Hemstock from UK, this 18 hole and par 72 course is a magnificent place for some exclusive tee time off. An area of 7087yards comprises the range for long shots. Improved driving range and some noted improvements have been done by the PGA Design consulting (UK). After having an amazing time playing golf and conversing with fellow golfers, you will come back to your hotel room in Pune to end this day with a perfect good night’s sleep.
On the fourth day, you will be provided one more exclusive golf experience at Oxford Golf & Country Club. Having won second runner up award for being Asia’s ‘Best Maintained Course in Asia Pacific 2012’, it is created over an area of 136 acres. This club has also received first runner up award for being ‘Best Courses in India’. Creating its own standards for an international level aesthetic appeal, this golf course is a unique place to observe golfers playing their game. Being shaped like a horseshoe and covered with the blankets of protective and beautiful Sahyadri hills, this golf course is a sheer delight for golfers from around the globe. One can have amazing views of this sight while driving down from the hills and watching the golf course in its lap. The fantastic exploration and fun time is marked to an end when the sun bids goodbye. You will come back to your hotel room carrying sweet memories of the game with you.
On this very day, your trip ends and you will be assisted by our representative during check out from the hotel. He/she will guide you through the luggage transfer and check in to the airport till boarding the onward flight for your next destination.
